xCBL 3.0 XDR Version

Microsoft's XML Data (Reduced) or "XDR" XML Schema language is in common use in many B2B e-commerce applications today. For this reason, xCBL 3.0 is being distributed in this form. The XDR distribution of xCBL 3.0 includes the entire schema library of more than 40 message definitions, and all of their components. It also has a large online reference guide, which includes the expected message exchange choreographies, and a set of sample documents, which will parse against the XDR schemas.
