xCBL 3.5 SOX Version

The SOX distribution of xCBL 3.5 includes the entire schema library of more than 50 message definitions, and all of their components (see the XCBL35.sox file, which ties together all of the component files). Also provided is a set of sample documents, which will parse against the SOX schemas using the CXP parser from the XDK.
